I followed ChaLean Extreme when I started lifting. An hour of cardio is a LOT, especially when you're lifting too.

You SHOULD have a range, not just a singular number. We retain water, salt, etc, for a number of reasons and our weight isn't a firm constant. I personally fluctuate between 166 and 170. If I go over 170 and stay there for more than two days, I'll cut back for a few days til I hit my goal range again.

Sometimes, yeah. It's easier to do this sort of thing when you're in maintenance, not so much when you're trying to lose. And at the end of the day, I'm tired! I'm not entirely sure I can or am willing to do that extra work which is why I plan ahead. But, if this works for you, then it works.

I love working out at home! I have a gym membership I've been meaning to cancel. The gym is good for when I'm traveling since I can go to any branch but I definitely prefer my Beachbody on Demand. So many workouts to choose from and when I'm done, I'm already home!

Would you consider frozen meals with add-ons? I stock up on Lean Cuisines (they're the best ones) when they're on sale and usually have a Lean Cuisine, a big bowl of baby spinach with light blue cheese dressing, and a Greek yogurt with dried fruit or granola mixed in.
