Why not try Insanity Max:30? I haven't done regular Insanity or Asylum, I can't deal with workouts (especially ones that intense) being longer than 30 minutes. You may do better if you know that no matter which workout you're scheduled to do that day, it's only thirty minutes long.

If you just started monitoring your intake, you may go through an adjustment period. Have you tried volume eating? I can't see your diary so I can't really give you any advice on things you may want to do differently. What is your calorie goal? What are you fitness, if any, goals?

I've never put cream cheese in my mash. Cream cheese frosting for cinnamon rolls and red velvet cake, pumpkin roll filling, my alfredo dip (all kinds of dips actually), cheesecake.

I think this is the greatest part of CICO tbh. You tend to learn what's healthier and start to look for it because if you play your cards right you can eat well, be full, and still have a slice of cake every day (if that's your thing).

Doughnuts from Dunkin. Seriously, if I'm going to have a treat (and I LOVE doughnuts) I'm not going to have a raggedy one from DD. I will troop to Dough in the city and feel totally gratified. I'm not against the cheat at ALL but it dang sure better be worth it and DD isn't.

I'm curious, where is the pressure from? I've had BOD since March and used their DVDs prior to that and no one has ever reached out to push the products. They do that to you?

I do because I always log, every day, every single thing. It's more for routine and honestly, I look and am like, wow, I really outdid myself today! And then, that's it.

I have. MFP users are not very nice to people who have had weight loss surgery. They think we are cheaters.

Volume eating seems great but waaaay out of my budget. Produce is not cheap, especially for two.
