I haven't cooked it but I've eaten it, it's incredible. Searing and then maybe making a ragu in the crock pot might be a good way to go, that's what I'm going to do should I ever get my hands on it.

I'm disappointed, I thought you were going to say you got a Cinnabon with salted caramel and pecans with the extra frosting cup. Not fruit. Ah, well.

If people have been so successful at losing and keeping the weight off without essential tools, Weight Watchers, Herbalife, and all of the other fads would be out of business.

Cottage cheese with Triscuits, a green apple with string cheese, Greek yogurt with premeasured dried fruit or granola mixed in, banana with a tablespoon of peanut butter, granola or cereal bar with a Greek yogurt.

I shoot for 1600 on the two days I don't work out, I eat a little more on the five days I do work out. I'm losing the 10lbs I gained after having surgery, plus adding five more so 15 total but I'm not being overly aggressive about it and it's working just fine for me.

Oh yeah! MFP users are actually notorious for that; they're bullies when it comes to people who have had surgery. I told the ones I encountered that they were obviously denied by their insurances or couldn't afford it out of pocket and not to take that out on me. SO rude. This wasn't easy, at all. It's even worse if you…

You're missing out.

I log them as I take them to make sure I haven't missed any.

Who cares?

Cake balls from milk bar.

I lost 140lbs and never had this issue so it sounds a bit fishy to me.

Five days with one active rest day.

Wrap it and you'll be fine.

I got a free Blue Apron box from one of my friends and absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, came with everything required. I also love to cook so it worked out well.

Is this real?

Insanity Max30.

Lays Roasted Garlic and Sea Salt chips and Harry & David's chocolate covered dried cherries. Entire bag, gone.

This is 100% normal. We tend to fluctuate 1 - 5 lbs, if it doesn't go down for longer than a week or two, that means your body has most likely become accustomed to the changes you made and it's time to switch up/go more intense in your workouts.

Diet Coke is my Achilles heel. I'm in maintenance now so I do indulge more but my appetite is noticeably bigger and I specifically crave sugary snacks.
-
The same thing happened to me the first time I felt my hip bone! We were lying in bed and I was like omg, what the HECK is that?! I made my SO feel and when he did he was like girl, that is your hip bone. LOL.

No.

You should join the group, the MFP community is not very welcoming or encouraging to people who are having/have had weight loss surgery.
-
That looks like skin, not fat and only surgery will fix that.
-
God, I hope not.

Body resistance is amazing. I saw drastic, faster, better results than I ever did lifting weights.

If I'm doing a home workout, the highest I estimate is 175 cals burned. I know I'm burning more but if I don't want to overestimate cals burned, eat them back, and end up eating more than I burned.

It IS annoying and people not wanting to focus on yr food and exercise habits isn't being unsupportive. They love you for so much more than your calorie intake.

I lifted during alpha and a bit during beta. I tried a gamma workout and hated it. It just felt like too much and I didn't feel as 'worked out' as I did with other workouts.

I love the stuff from Fabletics. The Salar line is a particular favorite.

French bread pizza and stuffed shells!
