Just remember the name of the thing you're eating, try to estimate the portion then look for the calories and if you can't find it in the app google it and if you can't find the calories ask for the recipe if you can or guess it ;) ... and if you feel it's too much for you to eat don't force yourself...i hope you find this…

Thank you...i think people around me are lying not because i don't believe in myself..but because i know they love me and would do anything to see me happy..i posted this because i know that a stranger won't lie to make me happy that's all

you're saying that you feel so ready to start and then fall quickly :o ...why are you ready to fall not to fight...look you lost 30 lbs before and that is amazing B) why are you underestimating yourself and your abilities if you convince yourself that you can do it the you will do it.. .

i am not an expert or anything...but you need to start eating healthy and exercising and you shouldn't feel insecure about your weight because you are not the only one who is suffering from such a problem and if you ever feel insecure about your weight you tell yourself i am not too fat they are too thin :# :) so get out…
