Food labels. I had a flapjack bar today and on the packet it showed the calories per 6th of the bar. The bar was 127grams. Who the *kitten* wants to work that *kitten* out. Training in the morning before you eat works great for burning fat. Ultimately diet is king. Someone said this to me so now I'm going to share it with you coz it's very true. "You can't out run a bad diet". Good luck hun x

Cool. At the moment I just wanted information on dieting and training that works well with this type of eating pattern. I wasn't certain if it suited a particular goal better ie bulking or cutting etc Thank you for your help : )

Yeah I get that. I never suggested for a instance it was a diet plan. However there must surely be an optimum time to train? Is it when fasted or not etc and simlarly what macros are you having and how are these spilt or does it not matter? Hahaha. I lost 2 toe nails once running 10miles or so. Turns out you need to buy a slightly bigger running shoe than what your regular shoes are, doh! It didn't hurt but it freaked me the *kitten* out.
