How many calories do you have a day: How many meals do you have a day? Take total calories divided by meal, then plan meals that fit those calories. Ie. 1200 in 3 meals is 400 calories at breakfast, 400 at lunch and 400 at dinner. Or 200 at breakfast, 300 at lunch, and 700 at dinner. If my math is correct.

Not when your doing 25k + steps a day on top of weight lifting and your goal is not to lose weight, but rather maintain

I would try to do some more interval based training. Like HIIT. Still cardio, but better for retaining muscle. Protein is generally around .8 to 1 gram per pound of body weight

I find fitness tracker calories unnecessarily stressful. I tried to do it once, but found myself always trying to figure out how much I would burn by the end of the day to see how much I could eat (targets would change) and would also find myself walking more and exercising extra to burn more calories to justify eating more

When working a muscle group you get a pump, watet and carbs are drawn into your abs which is what your experiencing. I find when I want to wear crop tops etc, I like to do a few sit up and it makes my stomach look nicer

I personally add 10 grams of wheat bran!! And 25 grams of protein powder, 5 grams chia seeds and 10 grams of flax seeds (not necessary, but I am increasing calories)

I weighed one yesterday because it was a huge one my sister got from the farmers market! Higher than 150 calories!! But I take a cucumber everyday to work with me and if I had to weigh that one, which is somedays a bit bigger and somedays a bit smaller, everyday, I might go crazy!!

I bulk my oatmeal with wheat bran every morning!!! It adds fibre and makes it way bigger. Also can add egg whites and protein powder and stick it in the microwave to watch it grow. Others have added zucchini for bulk too!!
