I plan for my nighttime snack and eat over 1/3rd of my calories in it. Usually high volume things- watermelon, veggies, low calorie yogurt, protein bar, and prunes

Samsung health does the same

Great then ask your doctor's for advice. Not random ppl on the internet.

I add protein powder to my yogurt. Or egg whites on the side would taste nice with salt or Cinnamon for a low calorie add. Are you lactose intolerant? You could always try Greek yogurt. I would avoid the banana. Honestly as healthy as it is, it causes a blood sugar spike and probably makes you more hungry. Replace it with…

WW is all about marketing. Oprah is a spokesperson? She is NOTORIOUS for yoyo dieting. MFP on the other hand allows you to take your diet into your own hands. It requires a lot more work and self-accountability, but it's often enough for people. Take some of the strategies that you learned from WW and apply them here. And…

I don't think @kommodevaran needs advice here, if you are seeking out meal ideas maybe start with a search of the forum or another search engine. You were asking for advice OP, not asked for advice.

If you don't like exercise. It is not necessary for weight loss. What are your goals? Most calories are burned during NEAT (non exercise activity thermogenesis) and when you exercise, often your NEAT goes down. If you like walking, walk. If you would like to start to exercise, start small with maybe yoga, group classes,…

Hemp will not taste sweet

Consistency will make weight loss easier. Jumping around from diet to diet will not help you to achieve your goals long term. Find something that works for you and stick to it for more than 4 months. Then reevaluate your progress and go from there. Honestly, when it comes down to it it is CICO (MFP standard)

LMFAO it's probably BETTER for you imo

Ok so I just read the Lyle McDonald article. I think that you should take it with a grain of salt. Unless you are thinking of competing anytime soon (reason to keep body fat very low) then you should do what do what makes you feel the best and most confident.. I like the saying "bulk till you hate yourself, cut till you…

How are you measuring body fat? You may be lower than your scale or other method is really telling you

See a doctor or registered dietitian for real answers. Your just going to get opinions on here. If your not going to get help from a professional, do some research online, watch YouTube videos, read a few books based on your goals, and set your goals from there.

Diet break or even reverse diet may be helpful, I dont think doing a bulk or looking to add muscle would be your priority here, but continuing to lose fat will show your muscles
-
I would be careful of injuries and adrenal fatigue. Unless you are doing sport specific training it is unnecessary to exercise more than 1 to 2 hrs a day and will ultimately do more harm then good in the Long run ( think bone density, muscle used as fuel ) Make sure you are properly fueling and hydrating yourself and be…

Try having balanced meals with protein, carbs, and fats as the combination of all three will make you feel more satisfied. Try to switch some of your white carbs to whole wheat and include as many fruits and vegetables as you can

My point was that so long as I always counted 3 tbsp as 1 tbsp and was always 200 calories over my goal, I was still in a deficit
-
Do you like it? Do you find it sustainable for the rest of your life?
-
Not worth it to dehydrate yourself haha
-
Exactly
-
Me too
-
Nope, and I still don't really. Maybe a bit of yoga but nothing too serious. Now with resistance training my core gets work stabilizing compound lifts
-
Lol I never said that someone had to do a body part split. All I said was to add resistance training!
-
I guess "abs are made in the kitchen" But I never was able to get lean as an endurance runner. Weight lifting with once a week endurance helped me to have abs.
-
Reverse diet to restore your metabolism.. look up some of Layne Norton's videos on YouTube . It's not worth being hungry every day and being at your goal weight then eating more and feeling better being 10 lbs above your goal weight
-
You have belly fat because you do endurance sports. If you were going for abs or a leaner stomach then you need to do resistance training rather than long distance running.
-
I don't think you need to be sore every time you exercise. As long as you are getting progressively more intense with your exercise, it's unnecessary to always be sore. Cl

"Is bodybuilding inherently bad for society?" No. If bodybuilding is bad for society, then the Olympics and gymnastics, and marathons are too. "To be specific, let's set aside the extremes -- the competitive bodybuilders and ones who use steroids and may experience muscle dysmorphia. Instead, when I say "bodybuilding" I'm…
