  • Not in a drink? No fish, meat, beans??? You make it really hard to get your protein. I find it hard to meet my protein goal, as well. Echoing previous posts, my go to's are Fage 2% plain yogurt, cottage cheese, salmon, jerky, and eggs for protein-dense options. Good luck in your journey! :)

  • I use the Under Armor App and the Gear Fit wearable by Samsung that bluetooths with my Samsung S5 Active phoe. It has a heart rate monitor (though you have to stand still). Under Armor can track lots of types of workouts. It also syncs with MFP.
