Yep. That's why we get so upset.

My all time favorite is straight green. Then I'll dabble in all sorts of oolongs and yerba's and chais. Honey Lavender stress relief herbal tea is my favorite to have before bed.

Oh, the peach-pear is so, so choice.

Welp.

I really like my charge HR. It's helped a lot in having me figure out trouble spots and times with eating and activity. Plus the activity monitor is awesssomme. No regrets here.

Heyo, 22 years of age here. I've got 25-35 pounds to lose.

I've sold case after case after case of the Not Your Father's Root beer at my work. It's insane, the speed it flies off the shelf. It's pretty darn tasty but really sweet (pour it over ice, you won't regret it) so personally I've only had a few bottles in the few months we've had it. Awesome stuff though. Luna protein bars…

I really like it plain.

Washington State! The real Washington!

No, but I've been cheated on by my son's father. Took me a year to emotionally recover from that. Luckily my son is only 2 so he won't remember what his dad did. I don't understand cheating. If I think I'm going to cheat on someone, I won't agree to be in a monogamous relationship with them.

uhhh....... Making a thread complaining about people making threads...complaining..

Beer and pastries. Editing to second Korean cuisine. And white rice, oh, white rice. I could go without pasta, but....riiiiicceeee.

I second this. I recognize that I am still an individual and I still have my own selfish needs (that don't make me a 'bad' or selfish mother) because if I don't take care of myself and have my own time, it tends to create negativity when I'm with my son. Which in turn, makes me stressed/makes my son stressed. The 4 or 5…

Oh, also, there was something I did that is debatable and a lot of you may go against it, but I also had a bit of alcohol while I was pregnant. When I was about 28 weeks along I was so stressed out that I was having meltdowns and all I wanted was to put my feet up and have a glass of wine, but I literally had women tell me…

I think what worked for me was finding substitutes. Halfway through the nesquik phase I switched to nonfat milk blended with whole, fresh strawberries. (seriously, I don't know why I wanted strawberry nesquik so bad) It's kind of just like when you have regular cravings outside of pregnancy. Find something equally…
-
I wish I had been more conscious about my cravings and what I was putting in my body. During the second trimester I basically lived off strawberry nesquik. :[ That and sticking to a regular exercise schedule (after the okay from your doctor, of course) I had people telling me left and right that I shouldn't do things, even…

I'm going through the same thing. Got hired at the bottleshop/taproom I work at now and subsequently gained 30 pounds in the last year from all the craft brews. T_T It's so difficult to quit because my social life also revolves around it.
-
I would just do herbal teas. There's a ton of yummy flavors and they all taste better than decaf coffee. XD

Spa day gift card!

I take protein shakes to work to help stave off hunger and to prevent me from feeling sluggish. I'll mix them in with my smoothies sometimes too. I haven't done much research but the one I've been having is Orgain Creamy Chocolate fudge. Entirely vegan and only 1g of sugar, no soy, dairy, gluten, lactose, GMOs and it's…

When you can tell people have the 'beauty' setting on their phone.. diffused skin anyone? I wanna see raw people! Your flaws are what make you human!

A shandy made with crystal light is a great idea. I work at a bottlestore/taproom (800 bottles of craft beer, 16 taps) and it can be difficult not to come home with beer or have one after every shift. I'll definitely keep the crystal light idea in mind.

-Boredom is a big one. Especially when I'm alone in the house with nothing to do. I'll habitually look for something to eat. -Being bored at work (I'm a bartender at a taproom) is also a big one, because I want the time to go by faster. -Alcohol is big. I like having a social life and because of my job, I have a lot of…

I know. I also know some vegetarians who cut out all forms of meat i.e eggs, shellfish, seafood... Fresh eggs are awesome. I've always wanted to raise chickens but it's not really possible in an apartment. XD

I don't think anyone hasn't been positive about the subject. A personal choice is a personal choice, is all. :| Like someone above said, it's a good challenge. Luck to you.

I cut out meat for about 6 months 3 or so years back. I rather enjoyed my skin clearing up and lost a very insignificant amount of weight. I went back to eating meat but I try to have it very sparingly (for ethical and environmental purposes only, and for my wallet). Edited to say I probably eat a meat-centered dish twice…

I've had a lot of little moments. -I weigh about 27 pounds more than I did 3 years ago, before I got pregnant. I still have the majority of my clothing and only shop for "new" (Value village, anyone?) clothes maybe twice a year. I haven't bought a bikini in five years. --Not fitting into some of my favorite articles of…

Too lazy for makeup and about to get my yoga groove on.

5'7 and currently 178 pounds. I had my baby 2 and a half years ago and was 150 pre-pregnancy, 197 the day I gave birth. A year ago I was ONE POUND away from hitting pre-pregnancy again and I never got to it because I started gaining weight. Before I was pregnant I was toned and lean and flexible, working out 2 hours a day…
