Eat lots of protein and you'll be less hungry to consume a bunch of other stuff!

Turkey bacon! Or Apple Chicken Sausage (takes 30 seconds to make). Both are so yummy! you need some serious protein if you want to stay full. You can also have dinner for breakfast and just make chicken and veggies or something along those lines.

I am busy too! I used to eat low sugar granola bars and fruit, but found that I had to eat 3 to be satisfied and was hungry after an hour.
