Lost almost 1 pound when i weighed my self the morning after xmas dinner (today morning). Woohoo! Having no exceptions and no cheat days, is what keeps me motivated. Was on a plateu for a couple of weeks, and the day after xmas, boom, scale went down, best gift ever!

I tried the device on my boyfriend and it gave a high result too (28% i believe) which seems crazy to me, he is lean but has a lot of muscles. I can't see any visible fat on him whatsoever, he is 185cm tall and weighs 74kilos. So you're definetely right, the results are not accurate. I also tried many online calculators…

I've read people say that i'm supposed to measure the narrowest part of my waist while others say to do it where my bellybutton is.

Greek yoghurt is supposed to be a bit sour. It's very healthy for dogs aswell, and they love it. Greece's products arent overly processed, so if you want to go by which one is healthier, i'd choose brands that are Greek and not Greek-american. Fage is a very good option, here in Greece they're one of the top companies.…

Fage yoghurt is the same everywhere, i'm pretty sure. It's pretty nice and creamy but my favorite one is from delta, i think they are exporting to USA but i'm not 100% sure (under vivartia's brand name). If you ever see delta's small family farms yoghurt, get it! It's AMAZING. That's how they look like…

Thank you! My biggest plateau was at 79-80 aswell. Just keep going and keep the calories but maybe try changing the quality of food? Or try less calories like 1300. It's a trial and error process, until you find what works best for you!

For the recipe, don't get to crazy on the ingridients because it depends on your preference. Thank you! Well my goal was 1200 but wasn't working for me, because i'm not active and atm i don't work. Plus i'm not excersising at all. So it ends up around 1000 which i know it's bad for most people, but i srsly dont burn ANY calories whatsoever. And when i do, i make sure to eat more than 1000. I wish i would excersise…

An update: At 69 kilos atm [152pounds] and finally on a healthy BMI! Went from Severely Obese to NORMAL and i'm so proud of my self! I will update with new pictures, even if it's only 4 more kilos since the pic posted, i noticed a huge difference! Still not at my final goal of 57, but i hit my first goal which was normal…

Great job! Keep in mind, it's more that likely to hit a plateau after you loose your first pounds. Don't give up, don;t be discouraged, after the plataeu your weight will start dropping fast!
