Hoping to lose 30 lbs by December. I started here weighing 226 lbs and now i'm 216 lbs and I am 5'5". Been doing fitness boxing for 2 weeks now and eating minimal fat as of now. Include me in the group or add me. Let's motivate each other!

I'm 5'4" and I need to lose 65 lbs. Had tried many times but here I am again motivated again and now on my 4th week of my weight loss journey. We can all do this and have progress even if it's slow :)

Yes skin sags after weight loss. I began four weeks ago with 212 lbs and now I'm 203 lbs with saggy arms. It's normal. Many say that cardio with some weight lifting can help as you decrease fat while retaining your muscles which can hold on with the used skin. Maybe it takes time to not sag so be patient :)

It's better for you to eat what you crave than to avoid eating it. Starvating yourself is not healthy. Enjoy maybe a piece or half a piece of chocolate cake. Find chocolate cake that has low sugar content
