I do exactly the same thing. It's frustrating to me when it's been a long time since I've recorded a weight, but if I'm being honest, it's usually BC I've been a bit too liberal with my food choices.

45 here with a goal of fit by 50. I've got LOTS to lose...216 to be exact, to get to what others might still consider overweight. Slow and steady is my tune this time around.
