:( pdf link doesn't seem to work. I've tried the database.. but lunges? I'm was hoping to find a gymless workout/ series of exercise with an estimate of calories burned included with the video. I did darebee workout today that is 3 sets of 4 different exercises. But I'm unsure how to log it.

I did change it to 1.5 lbs per week. I'll try it! Maybe it's too aggressive for me right now. I'll try 1380 per day.

I'm hoping that this is true.that I should eat a little more and make sure I exercise. I was probably eating way over the recommended allowance before, and that's why I gained. I gained 13 pounds since my last weigh in and logging on here! Idk how long its been. Still curious about how many do it at 1200! I'll keep trying!

Thanks for the feedback everone! I have a treadmill at home that hardly get used because once I got it I found it boring after a while. I try to walk/run with a friend if I have time and do other types of exercise. I'd like to get hooked on a story or interesting topic that doesn't require always staring at the screen.…
