keep reminding yourself why you are doing this! if this was easy, everyone would be fit! but it's not unfortunately.. it takes patients and discipline but the satisfaction when you get to where you want to be, is priceless :)

c4 if defineatly a personal favorite. so is Mr. Hyde or Dr. Jekyll. hyde is more of the hott tingles like C4, and jekyll does't have the tingles but give you a really goo energy boost.
