I did not even think of this until saw the post above me. Yes no backache from walking. Using another hole on my belt because my waist is getting smaller and can't wait until I am out of holes and ready to buy a new belt.

Oh Yeah! Victory Bar has nothing artificial/no sugar alcohol, etc... and not too bad on Sugar just 8g. cookie dough is very good!

Oh yeah victory bars!!!!!! - 200 cals - 21 grams protein - nothing artificial and 8 grams of sugar, I cannot find another protein bar that competes with this, it is a winner.

Slice a banana into little circles then freeze it. It is my daily deserts. I can only eat about 40 grams frozen, delicious and a few calories.

I tried all of the above and more. I will always go back to Oh Yeah Victory bar , cookie dough and cookie and cream, it is a better taste, healthier option and nothing artificial, good macros. I eat them daily 1 bar per day split in half. They sell at Publix for $2 per bar…

I have not read all responses above but it is 24 grams/6 tsp of added sugar per day for women is the limit for good health. All naturally occurring sugars you do not have to worry about or count. For weight loss it is calories in calories out but I like to make healthy choices when selecting my food most of the time. Hope…

When they are just right/ripe, I wrap them with aluminum foil and stick them in the fridge, they last longer and not get too ripe.

I have been on here for 240 days, I really enjoy it because I see results and it works, lost 44 lbs since July 2015 by counting calories only, I also learned about balancing my meals through Macros. Just keep it up and you will soon get so used to this way of being healthy.
