I was the same and I went from adding 3 tbsp to one tbsp but did it gradually and now I like it at this amount.

I save all my snacks until night because I know if I eat them in the day, I am going to eat again at night. Save 2 things that you really like and eat them when you get the munchies.

Big Congrats!! love your pics, this shows your hard work. What did you do to lose the last pounds. I am 20 pounds away from goal and losing very slowly. I know it is CICO but is there anything that you did to speed it up? Again this is a great success and well done!!! :)

Yeah and I had one today but what I did is logged in the regular and counted half calories ...hmmm not sure if it is a good guess

I use a smashed garlic glove, one half lemon juice, olive oil and salt.

I started you are your own gym yesterday and could not last more than 3 minutes / mountain climbers wow it is so hard and I could not touch my knees to elbows, can't wait to feel like all of you :)
