Use 100% pure coco powder and add it to food such as Yogurt and Oatmeal, Also make your own chocolate with Stevia and coconut oil.

It is okay if not more than 12 - 13 grams protein per bar, we eat victory bars from oh yeah! and split it in half

I do eat the same thing everyday, and love it! Lost 60 pounds so far and all my macros are met. I do not have to bother with too much kitchen work. My dinners are almost the same but changing the protein source, either chicken, fish, beef, eggs tofu, etc...

1200 cals is not something I could do forever and you are totally right about not wanting to do it anymore haha. Yes I must workout. Thanks a bunch!

Thanks middlehaitch! Yep I totally agree and that is how I measure food just as stated but I was hoping for "eat more" LOL :D -- surely I need to work out to eat more.. Thanks again!

Good for you! I lost 59lbs with only dieting and still loosing. I will hit my goal in a few months. I started dieting in May of 2015. My next goal is to tone up, strength training, etc. Which I'd like to start very soon!

I do not prep for the week - I eat same thing for breakfast and lunch every day - quick to go prepping for 10 minutes the night before

Half of a Oh Yeah! Victory bar cookies and cream or Cookie dough does the trick - they are 100 calories for one half and full of fiber, No artificial anything - Yum!

Do not let the scale affect you. Just go back to eating within your deficit and focus on monthly weight number. We retain water some days and this is normal

I lost 53 pounds since May 2015 with zero exercise / no gym just by being in a deficit, I just started walking to lose another 30 lbs and I walk through out the day whenever I get a chance during work hours so I take quick walks around the building.

I have shake everyday for lunch that fills me up and perfect for work. I make my own in a shaker cup, whey protein unflavored, stevia, pure cocoa powder , pb2 and unsweetened almond chocolate milk. I also have a cheese stick for lunch.

Use Kal pure Stevia in your coffee, I use this always and love it, I also add it to plain yogurt to avoid having too much sugary foods

Here is what I drink everyday, Isopure unflavored whey protein mixed with unsweetened chocolate almond milk , a tbsp of pb2/peanut powder and stevia with some ice cubes and I use a shaker cup.

It helps curb my appetite in the afternoon and not starve befor dinner time. It is good for you.
