What isn't it at all? That's kind of vague, I don't think you're explaining well.

That's pretty much what I meant, but thank you for using fancier words than me. I guess I didn't think to put the keywords "external resistance" in there *rolls eyes*. And actually heart rate does matter. Although you can train lower-intensity cardio as well, generally speaking, while doing cardio your heart rate is going…

I noticed some people saying that walking didn't help them at all, which I find strange. I am a pretty athletic person already but when I started walking regularly, my legs and butt were very noticeably more toned after just the first couple of weeks and the cellulite was gone too. And I already have a lot of muscle too.…

What type of pants does Mario (the plumber from the Mushroom Kingdom) wear?
-
I was only going to add like half a pound to it so I'll just add the meat kcals to the prepared just in case. Better under than over I guess.
-
We just wanted to try a boxed food, I don't really mind if it isn't authentic lol. We don't usually eat meat other than some chicken now and then since I'm in university, it's expensive, and we usually don't even really want it. But maybe sometime in the future?
-
I'm not sure now because on the front of the box it says "Add Meat to make a meal" and then on the box under the directions it says *To make a complete meal, lightly brown 1 pound ground beef and drain. So I don't think the meat is counted in the prepared?

The extra weight on the scale is just water retention, not fat, and will go down once your period is over or a few days after. And it really is hard to avoid eating more because not only are the hormones raging making me want junk but I am so hunnnngry lol. Apparently you can burn more kcals during your period, which is…

I have always wondered if I was the only person to really understand this or feel this. It's not even just for bike riding, it can apply to many areas. It's like all focus and none at the same time. Just your body working, your mind wandering. It's hard to explain for sure...

The majority of people get hurt while jogging, biking, rollerblading, walking or what have you because they are listening to music and weren't aware of their surroundings (like they couldn't hear a car coming up right behind them). It really isn't safe at all and even if you think you're super observant, it only takes one…

24, feel free to add me if you'd like : )

All of my meals are home made. I don't eat out at all and I don't make any boxed or pre-packaged food. I should have mentioned that ;) . I still don't think I quite understand what's unhealthy about it though. You eat food for energy, and energy is quantifiable; in a world with too much energy at our disposal, it makes…

I don't remember saying that anywhere? If there's a label, you look at it. If not, you have to take 2 seconds to google it and most people eat similar foods every day so, also as I mentioned, you tend to memorize pretty quickly the kcals in things.

A sip of the delicious iced coffee I just concocted for myself

Oh, wait. You mean forums not chat rooms?

It does? I didn't know that... *searches*

It seems weird that a lot of people are saying that it's too time-consuming to count kcals. I don't understand what takes time? You look at the label, you calculate the kcals you are going to eat or have eaten, then you record it on your computer or on your phone or even on paper. All of this takes less than a minute...…

I like this a lot. I watch my husband (who is naturally skinny while I've always been chubby at best) and he never eats more than his body needs. He stops when he's full. If he eats a lot one day, the next he eats less. If he doesn't do a lot in a day, he tends to eat less. If you are willing to do the things that skinny…

You are doing really good so far, don't give up! I am starting at 213.4 lbs again (actually just posted in introduction). I need to lose around 100 lbs and I am almost the same height (5'5.5'') as well. We can all do this if we just put our minds to it  ~
