SingRun, you look awesome!!! I hope I can have post a before and after soon!!! I have lost over ten pounds, but alas, I look the exact same!!! UGH, another ten and I hope to see a difference in my pants. I did take a before of my neck AN, I hope to post that too once my AN clears more.

Ups, maybe Urea cream will help? It's doctor prescribed. It exfoliates the skin build up, and should help with the 'rope' like appearance of AN. Have faith, and good luck!

reduced fat tricuits with pizza sauce and mozzarella, bake for above 8 mins at 350. Or use a small whole wheat tortilla shell.

tomorrow is a new day!

pcos here. I have only been low(er) carbing for a week and I have already seen a improvement with my skin discoloration! I believe diet can make a big difference in my life. Lets see what we can do!

I am so sorry you are dealing with the unpleasant side effect of pcos! I have it too:( I got a no no hair remover, and the metphormin helped while I was on it.

half an apple, plain cherrios and almond milk.

Very motivating! You look great.

I am 5"1 and have about sixty loose! I am motivated, but only two weeks into the journey. I wish you the best, I look forward to seeing your progress.

SO AWESOME! Congratulations on a job well done.

OH YAY! I am so happy to hear this Crys, you have no idea. I live in Ohio, it's so hot right now, but I won't put my hair up in public. The AN has bothered me more the extra pounds. I am not currently on metformin, I am trying to avoid it (my stomach didn't agree with it). With the results I have already seen I think…

impressive and motivating! Keep at it! You are looking great.

I AM TRYING THIS TOMORROW! I am very very excited. I usually do the same thing, but add a banana and loose the coconut. I like yours better:)

Cherrios with almond milk, greek yogurt and fruit or an egg with a piece of toast.

Thanks, Charlie! I wish your daughter the best! I am encouraged to hear of her improvement. I am going to take a photo of my AN tonight to have something to relate it too. I really, really miss carbs. Maybe when I am dreaming of a bagel in the future I can look back at this photo to stay motivated.

I am 227lbs currently, I highly doubt I will ever be at my ideal weight (according to doctor). I think I can make it to 175 or so... doing this will drastically change my health and wellness. I am sure fewer overweight people maintain the ideal BMI, but that may not be their measure of success. I want to feel good, look…

Tortilla shell pizza! It doesn't suck, I promise. If you use a whole wheat tortilla shell and keep the toppings healthy you have a 300 calorie meal. I am having trouble with cravings too, sometimes I just need to leave the room when others are eating junk. I am already dreading Christmas!

I just joined, and looking for positive friends as well! I finally hit my wall, and realized I can't keep living this way. I am starting at 228! We can do this!
