You don't need to eat different foods to them, just eat smaller serving sizes.

I second the walking and swimming. When I was at my heaviest, intense physical activity was way out. Exercise has many health benefits. Losing weight though can be done entirely in the kitchen, it's purely a function of calories in vs calories out.

I'd advise against going lower without running it by your doctor. 1500 is the minimum MFP will give to a male, based on needing somewhere close to that many calories purely to meet nutritional needs.

From the air, from fish, from plants and livestock, from botched dental work, from breaking a fluorescent light etc etc. Additionally the plants you listed are not treatments for mercury poisoning recognized by any responsible health professional.

Walked past a smoker recently? Toxins. Live somewhere that automobiles are not banned? Toxins. Repainted a room or walked past something with paint still drying? Toxins. Been near anything that was damp and dark? Toxins. Heated the healthiest thing in the world a little too high? Toxins. Ever been to a bonfire? Toxins. You…

There's also chelation therapy for heavy metals, but as you point out, the detoxes for unspecified toxins are all woo.

The human body is the best detox system out there. 10 day detox claims are just scams. No matter what a person eats (outside of the truly bizarre like snacking on blocks of poisons and heavy metals) the human body will take care of it. The human body is exposed to many things that could be considered toxins on a daily…

Some of the things to do in the name of accuracy are a real pita for sure. I only just started accurately logging my condiments. Such a small amount of accuracy gained, but I am down to the last 8lbs, so now is the time for me to get ruthless with myself :)

Mercola is a snake oil salesman who has been sanctioned by the FDA multiple times.

Depends what the legislation is like where you live. Here we have the weights and measures act, which means if something is listed at 100g, it must weigh at least 99.5g. Manufacturers often put an extra few % or so in the package to make sure they don't violate the legislation and to account for the odd bit of mechanical…

Just eat a packed lunch that you've made the night before on one of your breaks. Working at Subway is just an excuse.

Your food diary looks like it could use a lot of tightening up in my opinion. You use generic entries for things a LOT, and they are usually well below the average calories per gram that specific brands use. You also use 'strips' and 'pieces' instead of weighing some items that you eat a lot. Also, what do you do with the…

This is nonsense, ignore this OP.

Two options. First is to investigate more calorie dense foods. Nut butters, avacados, switching away from reduced fat items etc. Second is that you might be under reporting, grab a $10 food scale and use it.

Use the app as intended, stick to your calorie goal, weigh your food. Bam, job done.

Weight loss is entirely dependent on your calorie deficit. 80lbs in a year would be an almost reasonable goal if someone were to eat at an appropriate deficit, reducing the calories over time so that they weren't trying to lose the same amount of weight in week 52 that they were in week 1.

I am dipping a banana into a pot of chocolate mousse as we speak!

Detox's are a scam and detox teas area double scam, there's my feedback :)

How much water you consume will have no impact on your long term weight loss. Stay hydrated though!

For weight loss, only calories matter. For nutrition, macros come into it.
-
Eat your calories. You'd still have some left over from the un-used fat and protein as it is. Although the total will still be 30 or so out.

Peanut butter on toast. I could snap a picture, but I'd rather leave the sight to your imagination ;)

If you use the custom goals feature you can get some weird results. My macro calories add up to 3,063 with a daily calorie goal of 2600.

What is the mechanism by which too much phosphorus is bad for bones?

Exercising the legs wont make them lose fat. You need a calorie deficit for that.

If you truly believe this is an addiction and not a poorly handled craving, then you need to speak with a professional and not the internet.

Which artificial ingredients in the Diet Coke cause liver problems?

I shall re-state the request to open your diary. If you aren't losing over a sustained period of time, and you have no other unmentioned health issues, then you simply cannot be in a deficit.
-
I was being rather generous I suppose. Let's just call it what it is, a preference based eating style that has no benefit over other systems when it comes to sustained fat loss.

These are nutrition tips, not weight loss tips.
