It doesn't sound like you're failing to me! You're still 36 pounds lighter than you were last year. I'm in a motivational slump too, I am trying to be positive, but am slowly getting discouraged, one day at a time :smile:

keep going!!!!. I have been keeping track of my daily intake for a couple of months ( only gone over a few times) and haven't lost anything for awhile, but I know if I give up I will gain what I had lost and feel more sad than I do now not losing anything.

Some days are more of a struggle than others...just keep going :smile:
