Feeling defeated

I've had a string of terrible days with seriously unhealthy behaviours and am asking for support. I keep telling myself slipups happen and I just have to focus on getting back on track but I didn't expect it to go on for this many days. Feeling despair

Just focus on now... You can't undo what you did but you can move on and make better choices. We all have those days and fall off course .. Just know you can do it!1

I agree, don't despair, just start today fresh and make the best possible choices available to you. Consider the consequences of continuing with the unhealthy behaviours and make a choice to not give in!1

Slip-ups happen, it's human! Choose one or two goals and apply yourself! You are not your mistakes!0

It's just a few days. That's all it is. You are a human being - not a robot. You're absolutely fine. Promise.

Start with one decision. Then make another. Good luck0

Yep, you can't walk forward if your head is turned looking at the path behind you. Mistakes happen. No one is perfect. Focus on here and now and strive to make the best possible choices. Expect slip-ups. Just get up and keep moving forward.1

If the slip ups are happening at home, throw out or hide the food that's tripping you up. Prep all your meals for the day so it's like a no brainer when you get hungry. What everyone else said too.2

Sweetie, I understand how you feel. I have fallen many... many... times on my recovery from binge- eating, but get back up and try again. I have lost a total of 19 pounds in 5 months. It is not fast progress, but still progress. Remember, changing your mindset is all apart of the process. REMEMBER: you are beautiful exactly as you are right now. You are more than a number on the scale or how much you eat. Don't obsess just make small changes. Start with one thing that you will do for 21 days. Mine is not eating past 7:00pm. I hope this helps. Stay encouraged, God has good plans for your life .0

Since I started my fitness journey years ago, I felt like this multiple times. Even more so in the past year since I really dedicated myself to nutrition and lifting. Even RIGHT THIS VERY SECOND when I've been flaring for the past week, haven't lifted since last Wednesday and feel bloated and weak AF. But guess what? It took time and patience to make the progress that you have made. What makes you think that it will be gone so quickly? It's okay to have off days. To not always go 100% at the gym, or to eat perfectly within your means, just get back to it the next day and do your best to live an active, healthy lifestyle and make smart food choices. You've got this. Remember that even the fittest, hottest aesthetic competitors have their "off days" and off months - but they dedicate themselves the majority of the time and that is what matters.0 -
I really want to offer advice, but I'm hesitant to say anything since I don't know what kind of unhealthy behaviors you're struggling with..
I guess the least I can say is that I just spent like two and a half months struggling with some of my old disordered eating. After a year of doing so well I never expected to go so long before I started to get under control again - and even now I'm only like four days into being consistent, so I'm still hesitant to say I'm back. Anyway, I guess my point is just to commiserate hoping you can find some solace in a similar story..0 -
Take 1 step at a time. I have been falling off lately and am really trying to stay on track.0
