No, the insurance companies get enough money already. Incentives are a better idea.

I have this problem too, though I've only developed it in the last few years. It's called egg intolerance and apparently my body has stopped making enough enzyme to digest the protien found in the egg. I can eat baked goods with egg in them a good amount of the time, but if I try to eat egg by itself I get nauseous,…

Super impressive!

Cutting out added sugar is a great idea, but that doesn't mean you have to cut out fruit, just work on getting the sugar added to processed foods cut down and that will improve your health.

Same here. Some chiropractors can do a world of good on structural issues that cause muscle pain, u just have to find the right one. Ask around.

I doubt this is it, but I had that and discovered it was my toothpaste. I tried several with no results then switched to a natural toothpaste and it went away. It had to have been a chemical in most toothpastes. I use natures gate toothpaste.

I do fine all day, then feel the need to snack at night. I've recently started eating fruit flavored tic tacs instead and found them to help the snacking urge and they're low in calories.

Most Kraft cheese is lactose free. It says 0 Grams lactose per serving on the back in small print. Lactaid ice cream is good and fairlife milk. Silk yogurt.

Hard candy, altoid mints, gum, planning your weekly menu(only works for some people), exercise, sweet flavored carbonated water like ice drinks, getting on here and reading. What you're experiencing is a habit and the brain likes habits. I feel your pain because my worst time is in the evening , but breaking the habit can…

You also could be anemic which contributes to the weakness you are feeling from eating too little. Your doctor could test you for that.

So zwift is an indoor exercise bicycle?? Not quite sure from your post...

Never Binge Again by Glen Livingston Ph.D. is free on Kindle on Amazon right now. It has a lot of good reviews, so you might check it out.

Like I said in my earlier post, you really need to do your own research and find out why you have such low self esteem. Just by reading what you wrote, I see you re-laying one sign of low self esteem after another. If I was a betting woman, and I'm not, I would bet you never had much much of a positive male role model…
-
OP, I hope this sounds as kind as it is meant to be... You really need to do a google search on symptoms of low self esteem and really research it. Find out what you can do to get better and make your self happy with who you are. Really think about why you dislike yourself this much, and I'm not talking about…

I believe there is a low carb board on here somewhere and I read on there at one time that might be an electrolyte imbalance and you may need more salt.

I'm not sure if you're allergic to meds or other allergens, but I have bad allergies, tested allergic to every tree, grass, and weed pollen on a skin test and had no problems with Rhogam. I've had two children so I've had it about 3 times for sure, can't remember if I had it while pregnant with my first. I'm B- and my…

Same thing here OP. When I eat frosted mini wheats I start craving something sweet almost right away even though they are filling.

That's great! Congrats! :)

I use lactaid milk or almond breeze milk, depends on what I'm making, for baking and sauces. Butter has a very small amount of lactose, but if you are sensitive use a chewable lactaid tablet. You may need several. Most Kraft cheeses are lactose free per serving. I buy a mama Mary's pizza crust from Walmart and use Kraft…

Have you tried digestive enzymes? They have them at GNC and some say they help with indigestion and stomach troubles. I just bought some to try because I have trouble digesting the protein in eggs.
-
Try increasing your protein. That can give you more satiety. I'm not sure but your shaking on day 2 sounds like you're dealing with low blood sugar. Protein helps that as well.
-
If you take them on an empty stomach they can make you feel bad. If i do that, I end up feeling nauseous. Might have a different effect on you.
-
Are you tall? Weight is easier to hide on a tall body, and it's harder to notice when you've lost some. Also, if people have noticed your face slimming down, they might not have said anything because they thought their words might sound offensive in some way.
-
I would laugh it off and say, "Wow, thanks for the encouragement." Good ole sarcasm.
-
Big progress, especially in your tummy area--Great work! No more self loathing, be kind to yourself and proud :)
-
Have you started a new medication or switched brands on a current medication? Name brand Zyrtec gives me more bad dreams than usual but the Walmart brand Zyrtec doesn't. Or started new supplements?
-
Try Dillard's. I'm not sure if they carry that high, but they have 34G and do fittings.
-
Your tummy is looking smaller :)
-
Thanks! My walmart doesn't carry them, but I do have a GNC. Don't have a Costco, but may have to look online if I like them.
