Low carb breakfasts without eggs?
Hello everyone. About 2 years ago I developed an intolerance to eggs which I am unhappy about as I love eggs but they hurt my stomach now. After much research, I discovered my body is not making enough of the enzymes to digest the egg protein properly. Can anyone give me some low carb breakfast ideas that don't involve…

Any success stories deal with lowered metabolism?
I keep reading and seeing on YouTube how cutting calories can really make your metabolism slow down to where when you reach maintenance it's hard to stay at maintenance. Anyone deal with this who was moderate in their weight loss efforts and lost about 1 to 1 1/2 pound a week? Thanks!

Mindset and SLOW weightloss..
I am losing about a pound a week with my calories set at 1350. If I can keep going at this pace, I'll hit my goal weight in October. From now to October seems like a really looong time to keep track of every calorie, and to be honest it seems discouraging. How to you keep a positive frame of mind? It doesn't help matters…

Lactose free cheese changed at Aldi :(
I'm really bummed Aldi switched to a new supplier and made their sliced cheese no longer lactose free. It makes menu planning and cooking much harder and I'm not a huge fan of soy cheese :( My daughter is lactose intolerant and the only other cheese I've heard of being lactose free is Cabot and they don't sell the mild…

Tried pizza a new way..
Hi everyone! I tried a new way to make pizza the other day using fit and active Flatbread from Aldi. The flatbread was super thin, about the same thickness as a tortilla. I added pizza sauce, mozzerella, Canadian bacon and pineapple. I was wanting turkey pepperoni, but didn't have any on hand--anyway, it turned out to be…

What number of calories to maintain?
Hello everyone! I'm wanting to maintain over the holidays, but have no idea how to figure out how many calories to stay under to do that. Recently, when I took a short break from couting calories, my weight went back up within 5 days. I'm a female at 185 lbs and 5'8" and am lightly active. I'm currently on 1350 calories a…
