One thing about bananas is their useful in cutting out diarrhea. I imagine they could cause a problem with constipation if you eat too many. Try other fruits.

Wow! Awesome transformation!

I read this article today and found it helpful: https://authoritynutrition.com/how-much-protein-per-day/

A lot of people on here eat half their exercise calories back because MFP can be off on some of the calorie burn estimates.

Just like both my parents, I have B-. While that was fun and interesting to read, and kinda silly, that would be crazy(for me) to have to cut out things like chicken, corn and tomatoes. No way

Thank you. Lots of good points made. I'm a planner so it's hard to focus day at a time lol. I like the rewards idea. I actually had that in mind, just haven't done it yet.

I think it does have to do with body frame and the width of your pelvis for example, and even the amount of muscle and fat on your frame. One girl might have a curvier butt and have to wear a higher size than a girl with a flatter butt for example, even if the width if their hips is similar. I'm 5' 8" and always have worn…

Silk Cashew milk.

I found out on her the other day on here several of the kraft cheeses have 0 grams of lactose per serving and bought some today. I've heard Chobani greek yogurt is 99% or so lactose free. Cashew dream cashew milk doesn't require refrigeration till opened. . My daughter is lactose intolerant too. I would take small cooler…

Hi Jessie, we made cheese out of cashews. It was okay, but liked other things better.
-
Thanks for the link! That is wonderful news! :)

Thank you Kristine, I'll see if I can find some. Have you found any mild cheddar that says 0 grams lactose?
-
Thank you for the idea Hipp. I haven't seen the cheese you mentioned in our health food store. We've tried Daya and Kaas and like Kaas the best. Flute lady, she can't have regular mild or medium cheddar, but can have small amounts of butter and Parmesan. I've been doing some research today and found kraft sharp is supposed…

The mini Cadbury are my favorite. We've bought several and divided each bag among our family. It's hard to eat just a few. The Cadbury creme eggs are awesome too. The good thing is..once Easter is over there won't be any holidays with candy till Halloween and Halloween candy, unlike Easter candy, is available all year so…

What an inspirational post--I'm glad you wrote it. You look GREAT.

Congratulations! I really see the loss in your tummy area!

Wow! What a big change, you look great!

I'm a homeschooling mom too! I've graduated my 20 daughter who is in college and am currently homeschooling my 16 year old. Add me please :)

Congrats, you look great! What amazing progress! I use a CRNP too. Was she shocked at your level of loss and how quick you lost?
-
Nice work! You have a nice hourglass figure too!

Why is it discouraging? I weigh meat and liquid by the ounce and other things by the gram. It does take some extra time, but it's not bad. Anything worth doing takes dedication and diligence and losing weight is definitely one of those things :) you can do it!

I sympathize! I'm getting over a cold and decided to have a splurge and eat several fresh chocolate chip cookies. Made me feel better though ;) Tomorrow is a new day.

You're welcome. I forgot to add I sprinkled some Parmesan on top--always makes italian food even better :)

Lean ground beef is good in a lot of dishes--hamburgers, tacos, spaghetti, beef veg soup, chili, beef and broccoli, meatball dishes, burritos, taco salad, these are just a few. Do you like turkey or pork? You can eat anything as long as you can make it fit in your calories and lean beef is not bad at all calorie-wise.
-
Cooked spiral pasta mixed with a favorite spaghetti sauce and a half pound lean beef-put in a casserole dish and topped with a thin layer of mozzerella. Normally I'd have a big salad with this, but I'm out of lettuce so I'll probably have cooked broccoli on the side and maybe garlic toast.

I've heard this many times over the years but unfortunately goats milk has lactose in it as well, even raw. Some people who are milk intolerant tolerate it better but if you are truly lactose intolerant it is a big no no.
-
Fairlife milk, Silk Cashew milk, Chobani plain greek yogurt is 95% lactose free and I've heard oikos yogurt may be. Do you have an Aldi where you live? Their Happy Farms sliced cheddar and mozzerella have a lactose free stamp on the back. A lot of the cashew and coconut ice creams are good along with coconut whipped…

Hi Megan, I purposely avoid the insanity workout LOL, but do like walking, strength training and motivating each other. Feel free to add me :)
