My advice is to make some very small goals, nothing major right off the bat. One small goal for one day, build some hope, slowly. Then add to it. I think sex seems to be a lot better the closer to healthy both partners are (and feel). Nothing's better than confidence in the bed room and ideal weight tends to help that. So yeah, I think it's a lot better.

Eat foods at are high in nutrient density, basically meaning that you need to stay away from junk food. Look up "food that are nutrient dense" and see what you find. Stay positive too!!

Keep up the good work, you can do it!! I don't know that the vinegar or the Combogia has much science behind it but if you eat right and exercise YOU ARE GOING TO SEE RESULTS!! Good job.

I think your smart to exercise in the morning, that way you burn calories all day. I would make sure that you take in the bulk of your calories in the morning as well and see if that helps.

Yes, I would say add the cardio and give it more time. Turn your exercise and eating into habits rather than looking for the short term success. Find exercises that you enjoy and try and very your workouts to mix them up a bit. Having fun along the way is the key to the goal.

Never logged it but was wondering about that as I know it's great exercise. I would suspect that what you are actually doing during sex would constitute how many calories you burn.
