I'm a professional archaeologist and I find that archaeologists have a mutual 'appreciation' for each other (most people I work/have worked with are also dating/married to an archaeologist). I think there's something sexy about the manual labour/intelligence combination. Mattocking/shovelling massive ditches for 8 hours a day then needing to be intellectual to figure out what's going on. Yes please (male and female)! Also not being afraid of getting down and dirty.
ETA: Plus we can't get enough of kicking Nazi's arses.

Believe it or not it is any profession where a man puts forth real effort and tries to either advance himself within the company or grow individually from what he has learned.
Drive, determination and brains are sexy as hell.

How about stay at home dads? And I mean the true dads that completely take care of the children and the household. I find them much hotter than the moms for some odd reason. Not to take anything away from the stay at home moms of course, you rock. I just think it's so hot to see a man taking care of his child (especially a daughter).

A man in any position that works hard and gets things done is sexy.
I used admire the work ethic of the man I bought horse hay from growing up. He was hard at work by sunrise and had a steady business going.
I'll have to go with a sailor (or a man in uniform) since I'm married to one

I will admit I don't find any of my doctors/bosses sexy but some of the interns we have mentored! Dayyyuuuummmmm!!!! That is all I am gonna say about that!
