Eating back all my exercise calories. I left just under 600 on the table.

Been at it 16 days. Calorie watching is my main challenge because I already have an established exercise routine. I am trying to walk on my non-workout days as extra. Please add me :)

Check out 80 calorie low carb wheat wraps (Father Sam's). Easy on the calories so you can put a good amount of whatever you like in there. It was leftover chicken, mushrooms, and a serving of shredded cheese for me today = 330 cal.

That's me right now! I'm new, too. I have a regimented exercise routine so I'm not worried about that. It is the other stuff I need to do!
