I was a vegetarian for 4 years and at first I struggled with finding foods! I LOVED Morning Star foods, honestly taste better than most real meat! Also if you're out running around and want to eat out Panera Bread has a lot of vegetarian meals. My favorite was the Black Bean soup. Which you can also make that at home too!

Thank you for your input! I should made it more clear, I lifted lightly but did a ton of leg workout so I have really muscular legs cause of softball and soccer. I don't eat much to begin with, and I never lose weight. So whenever I do 900 calories for a couple weeks, I lose weight and then after that I up it and continue…

I usually will eat low calories for about 2 weeks and then after that I will up it a little to about 1,200. My start weight is 145 and I'm 5'4. I am all muscle though cause I played sports and lifted my whole life. Now I just want to become leaner and not as muscular.
