First day back and finished under my goal of 900 calories and ran on the treadmill! Really looking forward to becoming happier with myself. Looking for friends to keep me motivated and I can motivate(:

900cLs a day... My pet rabbit eats more than that. I'm no expert Hun but you might wanna reevaluate your numbers.

Why such a low calorie target? What is your starting weight and goal weight?

Sweetheart, that's a really low calorie intake. You HAVE to eat at least 1000 calories a day. As long as you exercise a bit, you will lose weight. But it's super important for your skin, organs, muscles, that you are eating enough, and have enough nutrients in your body.

Also, I was under the impression that MFP doesn't give a goal lower than 1200 calories?

lol holy fk. What'd you eat for the day? 10 nuts, a donut, and a banana? 900 is waaaaaaay too low. You're almost starving yourself.

You can manually set your calorie goal to whatever you like.

OP, you should probably speak to someone about your disordered eating before you do yourself some serious damage

I usually will eat low calories for about 2 weeks and then after that I will up it a little to about 1,200. My start weight is 145 and I'm 5'4. I am all muscle though cause I played sports and lifted my whole life. Now I just want to become leaner and not as muscular.

So you're going to spend the next 6 months in bed to lose some muscle?

Ok, so there's a lot of negging going on here. I'd rather you not get turned away because of it.

You want to lose 35lbs, making you 105lbs. Which I personally think is a mistake. I would honestly recommend 125-30. But, let's say you do want to get to 105. You can consume 1436 calories to lose an average of 1lbs. per week. That's without being active. Tack on an extra 200 calories on work out days.

I'm curious to see your before pictures though. Your shoulders and traps don't really show that you've lifted much.

Thank you for your input! I should made it more clear, I lifted lightly but did a ton of leg workout so I have really muscular legs cause of softball and soccer. I don't eat much to begin with, and I never lose weight. So whenever I do 900 calories for a couple weeks, I lose weight and then after that I up it and continue to lose. I don't know why I'm like that or why it's hard for me to lose weight when I don't eat much to begin with.
