Hey, thanks :) and I don't take offense but I guess some of the comments clashed with me not wanting admit something was wrong with me, not sure, and I'm afraid of telling anyone anything about this... I'm not "thin" enough, I feel like they won't take me seriously. And NO WAY I'll never be pro any eating disorder

Yeah they're not bad when toasted or baked- I guess i falsely expected a no-protein candy bar taste (silly me! Haha)

I actually had one yesterday (cookies and cream) and it didn't taste half as bad as it did the first time. And it def kept me full for a good while. I think I'm gonna buy some.

They don't suck, but they weren't half up to what I expected. I would eat them for the protein if I couldn't find an alternative though.

Happy August! I had a bit of a too-big breakfast today but I'm going to manage the day and put in a couple of good workouts. Here's to my best version of me :)

Will going from 180 to 120 in about 11 months make me have loose skin!? :( how do you deal with loose skin!? I think I'm going to reset my goal to 1.5 pounds a week, and increase my calorie intake a little. I'll start by eating a third of the exercise calories and take it from there? it doesnt seem to make sense to me that…

I do know that the number of calories burned really depends on the person and the workout, so I dont know if I should eat the workout calories back at all
