• Congratulations on your recovery! Out of curiosity, does anyone know if it's very uncommon for an anorexic to recover without any therapy/outside help?

• I have been anorexic also and I think that everyone is different. I have managed to diet and get much stronger and fit before my illness happened without any "voice" coming back in my head :)
