Stick with him for a few months, as long as he isn't coaching you on technical lifts and just doing general training you will be fine. I out grew my personal trainer for a proper powerlifting coach recently, as I was starting to learn more than my PT, but that's not to say he wasn't an awesome trainer, just not enough…

snatch grip deads and front squats...Going to pass on those two But conventional deads and low bar back squats are fine! and running.... running is evil, I'm sure all the other powerlifters out there would agree

#squatsforlyf Also I'm a powerlifter so they are essential. But if you can do them with proper form, then absolutely put them in your routine as there are plenty of benefits listed above :)

It's my favourite kitchen item, awesome to come home to a cooked meal  plus you can make a heap of healthy meals, like soups and casseroles, even some prep meals on a sunday. Also, get up an hour earlier and workout in the morning. I personally have 9 gym sessions per week, work a 40 hour week…

I am 100% for trainers, I have a great one, despite him only being a child ha ha ha! (20). But he knows his stuff and has really worked around what my goals are rather than giving me some standard printed workout program. He holds me accountable. I spent $80AUD per week on him and that's not including my gym membership.…

I actually don't give two hoots about my "panty line", as I'm always red faced and sweating like a hooker in church, so seeing the outline of my undies is the least of my worries. The only issue I have is when I egt massive wedgies while doing squats and have to pick it out ha ha ha!

Deadlifts and Squats! I may be a short female, but I feel ten feet tall when I smash it out!
