I love weights. I do slow reps until muscle failiure, it gives u definition and quick. If she alternates that 30mins 3 times.a week with a couple of 15min Hiit sessions she will see a real difference. We dont hold the levels of testosterone to bulk up naturally

A pound Is a pound, so in that sense they weigh the same Ie a pound of fat weighs the same as a pound of muscle. Muscle is denser than fat and so tskes up less space

The wall u hit is actually ur body accessing energy from fat cells which is harder to do so.u feel like a lead weight. My 1st keto workout was awful I couldn't move but once ur body gets used to it u will be fine. Fat for energy means ur body has to work harder.

U need good quality training shoes.and a jump mat! If u use anything other u will open urself up to plantear facitis, knee injuries etc Its not easy, its not very enjoyable but the fact u did it gives u a buzz Overall T25 is a more enjoyable and "safer" program IMO

If u do slow weight training and aim for muscle failiure, that will give u more benefits than cardio. Eg bicep curls, do one set but do them very slow up and down, u might manage a few but muscles respond to failiure. Ur heart will pump enough to burn fat and the more muscle u grow the more fat u burn

Its better to eat protein than to drink it. Ace protein drink u might get 14-17g (some have more) but in a 100g chicken u can get 27g thus feel more satiety. I used to have high protein,Mod carbs and low fat diet and to be honest had no energy and just craved all the time. Since.ditching carbs.and increasing healthy fats I have never felt better plus overall eating same to less cals because im more satisfied, energy has increasd no more cravings and ive lost loads of weight x

I agree Fruit is far better than Sweets but still be aware of the sugar (albeit natural). Sugars in Fruit can also make insulin levels spike. Go for the lowest in sugar (ie cut anything tropical like pineapple) X

Foods with protein by far beat any protein drink. Drinks have hidden and added nasties which can disrupt your progress.

I would add more fat. Fat gives u lots of energy, keeps u fuller longer so u wont need to snack and it doesnt spike ur insulin like carbs and protein can. Have a look at bulletproof coffee too or consider adding mct oil or coconut oil to a hot drink
