I love my bowflex weights. Wouldn't be without them,had them since Xmas, use 4 times a week 30min workouts. Don't take up alot of space either

I did T25 after insanity.i found alpha a little easy after insanity. After I had done each alpha workout once I switched over to beta which is better. More challenging and interesting. Gamma tho is brilliant! I've just started another round of beta last week, the variety is great

Keep it simple. I generally have meat with a cheesy cream sauce, or omelettes or make a low carb meat/fish pie with cheesy cauliflower mash. Simpler the better

I tend to get them when my cycle is just starting or just ending. Red wine used to bring them on so I cut that out years ago. X

Dry ribs, duck (I have this with cheese and lettuce wraps). Anything in ginger/chilli/v Black Bean tends to be good options

I've done the chalean extreme, was really good. Even got a set of bowflex!! Done virtually all the beachbody stuff including body combat,turbo fire, All of Shaun t and Tony Horton workouts and I currently have 1 week left of hammer and chisel which has been my fave program with the most results

I have it but replaced it with P90X3. It's a better choice for me due to 30min workouts and find the commentary better

For hammer and chisel u can substitute stuff like I don't have a bench so I use my stability ball. Hammer uses resistance band in warm up but u can use a towel. U can use chin up bar or a resistance band Main thing u need are weights and a ball.

P90X3 is good and it's 30mins per day. The program I'm on now (and it's my fave) is hammer and chisel. I love scrambled eggs and cream. Dippy eggs with streaky bacon (crispy) soldiers and my fave is 4 egg omelette with 50g cheddar jalapeño and pepperoni. Yum

Best bet would be to get a heart rate monitor but TRX may not burn that much unless u do some HIIT with it

U would feel fuller by eating full fat. Anything marked as "low fat" generally has higher sugar/sweetener which can trick u into feeling hungry. It's great. I live my TRX kit and saw results fairly quickly as ur using body weight. I would recommend going on TRX site for exercises and getting a good book to show u others too

I tend to workout fasted (1St thing in the morning). Works for me. Please try not to get fixated on scales and weight, scales don't tell u what's happening inside. If u are shrinking and scales stay the same that can be a good thing. U are losing fat. Losing fat and losing weight are different things. I've recently lost an inch measurement wise and body fat % drooped but scales have stayed the same. Scales are not the best thing to give u a clear picture of where u are at.

Either get a heart rate monitor or Google ie Zumba calorie burn, insanity calorie burn. Normally they have calculators u can use but they may be overgenerous. HRM best

I would say hip hop abs and cize are much better even the Zumba collection. I brought rockin body as I love Shaun t but didn't even finish 1 workout it was dated and cheesy, sold it the week after.

From what u have posted, protein may be low. Maybe try and switch from meal replacement shakes to a good protein rich lunch.

P90X3 is good as is hammer and chisel. T25 is more cardio based and fun.

I have a suspension kit. If u get one with a door hanger u can use them safely with a closed door. They are great for bodyweight exercises and of u get a decent book/videos on the Internet u can work all areas of ur body.

I did it last year. The idea is great go full on till u need a break,record the time then try to beat it next time. It's OK I preferred insanity. I also prefer other workouts that are fun. Insanity it max 30 isn't much fun IMO,it's hard but o only finished the program cos I spent so much on it.

Insanitymax 30 is the one to go for. It's fun and gets u to beat ur best time each workout. Insanity original is the dogs whiskers but v tough. I started with insanity then did max 30. If I had done max 30 1St I wouldn't have liked the original

If ur not eating enough protein to repair muscles u lose muscle and store fat. Ur body thinks its "winter" no protein, must store fat. Maybe see what ur protein is per day. U may not be eaying enough protien to build/repair muscle.

I think the official rule is if its neck up ur ok to do it, its neck down, better to rest.
