I eat sour patch kids once a week. Knowing that I get that treat once a week keeps my eating in check so far. Plus, I just don't buy any extra junk. Even my kids snack on fruits and veggies so we really don't have tempting foods in the house, which really helps.

Crap, didn't get to my goals today. I guess they will now become tomorrow's goals.

So far this concept is working great, guess I will keep it going! Tomorrow I will: 1. Log every meal, snack and bite I eat 2. Walk/jog on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes

Water or a 70ish cal latte does the trick for me.

Had to nurse my sick kids and myself the last few days, but I'm back with goals! Tomorrow I will: 1. Walk on the treadmill for a minimum of 30 minutes 2. Make a home cooked meal focusing mostly on veggies 3. Plan our meals for the rest of the week

In all honesty? Boob job and tummy tuck (or lift if I keep a good amount of mass following hitting my goal), haha! I would love to get rid of this c-section apron and have my boobs look perky again. Some may think it's vain and selfish, but I'm not really bothered by others opinions on the matter. :-)

I am intrigued by them, but haven't had a chance to make them yet. I actually really like cauliflower so I think once I finally do try them I will like them.

I once ordered the wrong vegan protein shake by mistake and thought I'd give it a go, it was awful! I couldn't even finish one shake.

I can no longer drink diet soda, it tastes way too sweet and way too artificial. Not upset about it one but though.

Ideally 50-60 lbs. More importantly I just want to feel healthy and physically fit, and if that happens at a higher weight that's fine too.

Boredom is reason #1 for me. As long as I keep my mind occupied I am okay. To counteract the boredom I have started an adult coloring book, increased my reading time and started exercising at home. While pre-diabetes does sound scary, just remember it could be worse. Your doctor could have told you you're a full blown diabetic. Pre-diabetes can be a wakeup call to make healthy changes to your lifestyle. Don't let this diagnosis defeat you, let it motivate you instead.

I track the same way as your gf. My day starts when I get up and ends when I finally go to sleep. It just made sense for me to do it this way.

I love McDonald's breakfast! I have an egg white delight every other Saturday after I get off of work. It fits in my calorie goal just fine and I feel no shame eating it.

Currently I attend a bootcamp, but it is so expensive and my work schedule changed so it's just not as convenient to go anymore. My husband is in the hunt for a squat/bench rack right now.
