  • Fish and shellfish are my favorite ways to get more protein in my diet. You' d be amazed at the wallop of protein they provide with very little fat when compared to beef .. Try salmon, fresh tuna, mussels and clams.. Look for fresh wild caught pre packaged in your grocery store freezer section for convenience.
  • I'd be interested! I bought one of the cookbooksand really enjoy the recipes so far.
  • Get over it and focus on the happiness path. Sometimes getting over it can take a while -- but "investing" in your own happiness it the best medicine. Getting "even" is like drinking arsenic yourself and waiting for the other person to die (total waste of time).

  • Not daily - I might "save" them for something special coming up that specific week (ex:like a wedding event). Knowing that I could use them helps me plan better overall.
