Asics Kenyano 20 for me!! However all asics are good, also have New Balance which are satisfactory.

We jogg between 35 to 40 miles per week, however lately started hill runs and a bit of insanity and over motivation seems a lot better. Some weeks we feel lethargic but keep going as once completed the way it makes you feel is sòoooooooooo worth it. Just keep up the hard work.

We run mornings at weekend 10 miles! We have a rich tea biscuit with butter and hot water with lemon! Week days 7 miles always before dinner , stretch a litter before and after run. Both started hill runs and insanity and must say body sore but will improve as we adjust.

Why do we run! Love it, need it, can't stop it, once you start it becomes a way of life. I am 48 male wife is 47 and we run 5 times a week, approx 35 to 45 miles, recently though started hill runs and insanity. What a difference, we both eat health Monday to Friday and have cheats at weekend, So the answer to your question…

Yes weight around 13stone mark! Never been fitter, can run approx 45minutes for a 10k.

Yes both my wife and I run between 35 45 miles per week, we have just adopted hill runs and insanity for 15 minutes. Feeling good although muscles really sore en hamstrings.
