  • I’m in the same boat. I just took a progress pic to get me motivated and it makes me so sad to see that I look bigger than I ever was. Looking forward to getting back on track and hopefully staying motivated when I don’t have a gym to go to anymore.
  • I hope prom went well. You're mom is right, although it may be slow, it you keep at the routine of eating healthy and exercising, the weight will come off. Think of a long term goal. This will help you stick to it.
  • What a difference a year makes. I'm 5ft 4". My before weight is 156lbs and my current weight is 132lbs. Done with calorie monitoring, reducing portion size and working out at the gym 5-6 days a week. Tried on the dress for the first time since last summer this eve and couldn't believe how loose it was on me. Especially the…
  • You look fantastic. I am roughly in about the same timeline and weight loss amount as you. I've lost 20lbs since July 2015 and I hope to loose another 15lbs. Great to hear I'm on similar track to others. Sometimes I get a bit frustrated when I read that people have lost 20lbs in their first 3 mths. For me it's taking a…
  • Before pic taken early July, pic on right taken mid-Nov. SW156 CW142 (in pic) GW126 Getting there slowly. Go to gym 5-6days a week. Eating healthier. Little worried I will put a lot back on over Christmas. Will try to stay strong.
  • I'm the same. It was a photo taken of my this past July that really made me face reality that I had gotten fat and needed to loose weight. It's my motivation pic. I'm determined to take another pic a year from that day and hopefully see a difference. SW156 CW142 GW130.
  • You look amazing!!! I'm kind of on the same path as you with weight goals. Started at 156 and now am 145 (stuck here a while) and my goal is 130. I hope I look as good as you when I reach it!
  • I'm in the same boat. I've lost 10lbs over the past 3mths and started to feel good but still have another 15lbs to go for me to get to my goal. This week I realised what I was doing and decided I need to stop. I dug out my original motivation pic (pic of my at my heaviest) and reminded myself that I do not want to go back…
  • I'm 27 and I'm hoping to loose 20lbs to start with....then I can see how I feel from there. I live with my boyfriend and he eats pretty much pretty much what he wants and as long as he runs he doesn't put on weight, which is difficult when his idea of 'cooking dinner' is ordering pizza. Hence why I have to make the dinner…
  • Hi, best of luck! I'm in the same boat. Been on and off for years but now I an just plain sick of being the fat version of me. I put on about 20lbs since I've moved to the states from Europe (2yrs ago) and I'm definitely going to start by trying to loose that! Feel free to add me!
