Good morning. I'm looking for some new fitness pal friends. I was quite successful using this app a few years ago and need to get back on track after 2020.

Good luck! Take it one day at a time and forgive yourself when things don't go as planned.

I’m in the same boat. I just took a progress pic to get me motivated and it makes me so sad to see that I look bigger than I ever was. Looking forward to getting back on track and hopefully staying motivated when I don’t have a gym to go to anymore.

Feel free to add me!! I know the wonders this app can do! I used it to drop baby weight 8 years ago! And use it every time I'm ready to lose from whatever experience caused me to allow myself to gain

I can relate. I'm back after losing a ton of weight a few years back and gaining most of it back. I learned so much but thought I could maintain without logging daily. Big mistake. The good thing is, I loss it before, and therefore can lose it again. :) I'm hopeful.

I welcome new supportive friends that I can support as well.
