I take spells where I drink wine, but I usually overdrink so I binge about once a month. It does cause me to put on 2 to 4 pounds that I have to work off afterwards. Some days I figure it isn't worth it, but then I'll have a good day and figure I can handle it. Enjoying our little travel trailer makes my wine binges taste…

Not sure this photo will work. I lost most weight on Weight Watchers (40 pounds) but this face pic is after starting LCHF. I have only lost 7 pounds on LCHF and it is a bouncy 7 pounds. Up 2 and back 2. I can't tell much difference in the pics.

I was getting insane calorie adjustments with my fitbit until I made sure my time zones were in sync and I enabled negative adjustments. Then it straightened out for me.
