yes but you got to tell yourself what is it all for? the first couple of months will be hard, but just stick to your guns and grit your teeth....it will be all worth it....

No I don't get bunged up at all!! far from it, I eat a lot of fruit too so that may help! I cant physically eat any more then I currently do, I feel so full....what do you eat on your 'typical day'

I 100% agree with 'cheat meals' not cheat days, cheat meals should consist of having a chips instead of low starch carb, or a home made burger instead of a bit of chicken. I would not consist a cheat meal as stuff your face with 5 burgers from macdonalds, drink 10 bears and a kebab on the way home! YES everyone has bad…

Thanks mate, I really struggle with Veg....I do eat healthy fats like nuts and stuff....its hard when im a fussy eater, makes it 10 times harder..... its true what they say abs are not made in the gym- they're made in the kitchen

Nuts, seeds, Dairy if you drink that- depends how Vegan you are! Look at getting Vegan protein shakes, search into David Haye Vegan diet- he is now a full Vegan and uses vegan shakes.

Don't beat yourself up- you are doing great!! keep it going as its showing its working, id just do more circuit training or HIT training (High Intensity) look it up and go on youtube to view how some people do it, that seems to burn off fat faster then normal cardio sessions and it takes up much less time.

Can I try blending Veg with fruit and do it that way- id imagine that will be a lot more tolerable. if so how many should I drink a day? or does that depend on what I put in it and how much?

Answer is I don't know as that's why im asking :) I agree with you on variety, I eat a lot of variety of meet, and I will mix the carb up from rice, sweet potatoes, egg noodles, or Risotto....etc. I really struggle to eat Vegetables.....Cant stand any of them, someone suggested blending them up, but do I just drink one…

I weigh 13.5 Stone or 189 pounds, Goal is a tricky one, I'm trying to cut but gain a bit of size too, so im weight training 4 times a week at least, and doing HIT training 3 times a week.....I play football also once a week.

Depends how much you weight, I weigh 185 pounds, and I eat around 160g-220g protein depending on how I feel, training days/rest days......
