Hi mate, why are you trying to drop weight to put it back on again? do you mean you want to get ripped then bulk?.....I normally Bulk through Autumn Winter, then start cutting cycle in Winter, Spring ready for summer months when im training properly..... Have you gone on google and typed in macro calculator? does it show how many calories you should be eating a day?0

Put on weight when out injured,I just put in what I wanted on here & it gave me 50% carbs in diet but I think it to much,I want to burn some belly fat but can't lift heavy yet as arm is not strong enough yet0

Calories might be a bit low for someone who doesn't have a ton of weight to lose.
Macros should be around:
Protein: .8-1g per lb of lean body mass
Fats: .35-.6g per lb of lbm
carbs: rest
Fats and carbs are a bit variable and can increase fats over if you prefer.0
