Starting with the top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right is me now. I've lost 55 lbs. I now have a chin. I'm so excited!! It truly is the little things.

I walked up steps using both legs. Normally, I would lead with a step on my left foot. Now, I can easily take the stairs left, right. Also, I can plank.
