  • Hey I am starting to run/walk with the 100 miles per month challenge. I have been doing 5k per day then 10k once a week with a rest day but I'm finding it tough to build up the length of time I actually spend running. Any tips?
  • I'm in Ireland. Just back to this after a year off and a year of being very lazy. Feel free to add. Need LOTS of motivation
