Wow, thanks so much for all the feedback! I really do appreciate it. I have so much to learn about all of this, lol. Like I didn't know that it didn't matter whether you sweat or not. That's good to know. Everyone around me keeps telling me "You have to sweat to burn calories! If you aren't sweating then your work out…

Also, I just googled some different sites to see what they say I burn for cycling and a bunch of them say for my weight I am burning 300-400. Does anyone knows of a site I can accurately find how much I burn in those 30 minutes? Or should I just guess for now? For how much I sweat I feel like at the very least I burn 200…

cwolfman13, I put in sedentary activity level and that I cycle 30-35 minutes a day at 13-14mph on a moderate gear as well as I sometimes go for walks too. It starts me at 1360 to lose 1.5 lbs, but bumps it up to around 1800 because it says I burn around 400 calories. I feel like it's high too, so I'm definitely going to…

Thanks, guys! I figured it was a little too generous with telling me I burned 400. I sweat a lot, but that number is too good to be true, lol. I'll definitely stick with eating half of it back for now and seeing how that goes. Thanks, Tacklewasher for taking the time to do that for me! I appreciate it. I'm 27, but no…

Oh I SO feel your pain! I love having something sweet at night, and same thing. As soon as I've had something sweet, then I want to eat more and usually something salty. Usually tricks I try are drinking a lot of water and brushing my teeth, because then I don't want to eat right after I brush my teeth. I've also started…

Ok, thank you! That's what I figured. I was thinking it's probably mostly accurate, but to be safe my plan is to eat a little less than it says to each day of those exercise calories.

It depends on how the person is hitting on me, but for the most part yes, I do find it flattering. I'm a happily married lady, so I always shut them down. But it is flattering. And my hubby takes it as a compliment that people notice his wife. We were out one time and this guy came over and said, "You're hot!" and was…

Love your glasses :)

Tall, with some muscle, but not too much muscle. My hubby is a construction worker, so from the work he does every day he is naturally pretty fit and I like that quite a bit :)

1200 isn't too little, just so long as you aren't majorly active. I lost weight eating 1200 and walking a little bit every day. But now that I'm really active, I eat anywhere from 1800-2200, depending on how active I have been, and I'm still losing weight. And as for drinks, I enjoy having some here and there too. Some of…

Love your hair. You look really sweet :)

I think for me, the biggest thing is to not let myself feel guilty WHEN I indulge. Not if, but when. Because I know my life is going to be full of indulgence days here and there and that's ok. Where it becomes a problem is when I let myself feel guilty over it. Then I start thinking things like, "Well, I ate a whole pizza…

Have some coffee and chat :)

Smile, say hi, and maybe start up conversation? I always like making new friends, but just depends on the person. Sometimes people are there to have quiet time so I would kind of just pay attention to what kind of person she is.

Incredible transformation :)

Exercise and realizing that I don't have to starve myself to be healthy and in shape. Once I figured that out, I have been so happy. I can eat so much, as long as I stick to my calories, and still maintain or lose. So that's helped me a lot. Also, keeping a food journal daily has helped immensely.

One of my favorite things is to boil and shred chicken breast for the week and I used it in so many different ways. I sometimes making chicken tacos out of it. Sometimes I'll put a little bbq sauce with it. Sometimes I make buffalo chicken wraps out of it or salads. But that's definitely one of my favorite things to prep.…

Thank you so much!! Can you tell I'm a newbie? lol. Geez, if I had just taken the time to look first I'd have seen that. Thanks again! Appreciate it!

Oh and best of luck on your weight loss journey! You got this! :D

Thanks, Pablo! I'd say having a food journal is HUGE! I did that and I actually did a video blog on youtube each week showing how much I ate and what I did for exercise and it really helped me stay accountable with myself. Not sure if I'm supposed to post links here or not since I'm new to this website, but my channel…
