As others said; brisk walks/exercise helps a lot. I also brushed my teeth and used mouthwash whenever cravings hit.

If you're recipe calls for flour just blend up some rolled oats till they're the consistency of flour; works good as a substitute for a lot of recipes. They're are loads of them out there; search 'reddit 1200 is plenty'. But ya, portion control is key anyways like the above poster says.
