I set my goals as lose 1 pound a week and I add 500 calories for breastfeeding for an hour as a “cardio workout” I’ve found I can even eat a little over that total so like 2000-2200 calorie range and still lose so far. Yeah this is new for me. I used to run half marathons with a set training plan but after having kids this is more of my couch to 5k trying to get back into running time so I have had to work up to it. I ended up just taking off two days before, hopefully it goes well thanks!

You can do it! Maybe you should try online dating? I wonder if just getting out and getting dressed up for a date would help you get out of your funk and want to look and feel better for the next one!

I'm nursing too! I just add 500 calories to the recommended amount and that's worked quite well. Losing weight, but no supply problems. Make sure you're drinking LOTS of water too with bfing and working out.

Yes have a 3 month old and I'm trying to lose 50 pounds. Started at 183. I feel hungry a lot and I'm afraid to cut too many calories while breastfeeding so this could be challenging... but determined
