  • I love Jillian Michaels. Maybe look into P90X3? It has a good mix of cardio and strength training and the workouts are 30 minutes. I'd guess Chalean Extreme might be another good option as well, but I haven't done that one, so can't say for sure.
  • I usually get Gaiam from Marshall's or TJ Maxx (anywhere from $8 to $15). They don't slide and are cute, but they will flake after a while. I think that's just par for the course though.

  • I used to do Jillian DVDs exclusively and had a lot of success. I've never done the Beginner Shred, but I've done a number of her other programs. The one I saw the best results with was Body Revolution, but that may be because it is a 90 day program (as opposed to 30, or 60, or 6 weeks), so I had more time to get results.…
